Arif was MWB’s first MBA abroad in late 2004. Arif was based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania working alongside CSDI. During his posting, he developed a website CSDI, computerized one MFI in Zanzibar to a loan tracking system and taught staff about financial modelling when preparing business plans
The mission of CSDI is to become an effective catalyst for poverty alleviation and job creation by developing the possibilities and capacities for individuals, enterprises and communities to add value to the resources that they have access to and to effectively engage in mutually beneficial exchange relations with others.
