Caroline spent 4 months during 2006 working with a local Micro-finance InstCaroline with FBL Staffitution (MFI) in Nairobi, Kenya Faida Biashara Ltd. Caroline strengthened processes and procedures; selected & initiated implementation of Loan Performer Software. Caroline also undertook external & internal analysis, formulated a 3yr strategic, financial & business plan and developed new products & improved existing products.

Faida Biashara Ltd. (FBL) was incorporated in Kenya with a vision to build a commercially viable micro-finance company that enhances access of economically marginalized but productive groups, particularly women, to high quality financial and non-financial services to fight poverty and contribute to national development.
