10 days to go…

Only 10 days remaining before the end of my job here…

Getting the last data from the 3 remaining countries in which the field research for the market study is being carried, finalizing the report, and making it as useful as possible for West African processors has kept me very busy for the past few days, and I am struggling to meet the deadline.
Brook, a Peace Corp volunteer based in Benin for 2 years, where he has worked a lot on cashew processing, is working with me on the report. This is really helpful as my knowledge about cashew nuts is far from being sufficient… Hopefully everything will be ready by Friday next week, on my last day at the West Africa Trade Hub / African Cashew Alliance.

Otherwise, life in Accra is still colorful and appreciable. By playing football on the very popular “Labadi Beach”, and chilling out in the various parts of the city, I really enjoy the friendly and easy-going mindset of the local population.
