The African Cashew Alliance (ACA) is an industry body that promotes the African cashew sector from production to consumption. The ACA enables cashew stakeholders to capitalize on the sector’s potential for economic growth and employment. Its members include representatives along the complete value chain: producers, processors, traders and international buyers.

Getting the last data from the 3 remaining countries in which the field research for the market study is being carried, finalizing the report, and making it as useful as possible for West African processors has kept me very busy for the past few days…

I am also starting to design my final report’s outline and I have just finished to develop the templates consultants will use to enter all the collected data. I am supposed to deliver my report in 40 days, no time to get bored…

Developing files for data entry and preparing the final report will also be part of my mission for the forthcoming weeks. Things are becoming clearer in the study, and I am not yet fed up with eating cashew nuts…
